Unrestricted free agents could agree to deals starting Sunday, but they couldn't officially sign contracts until 12 p.m. on Friday.

Well the Friday deadline has come and passed, and now news is official.

While most of the big names such as LeBron James, Chris Paul, Paul George and DeMarcus Cousins have agreed to sign deals, the Spurs' Kawhi Leonard is still being asked about.

The San Antonio star reportedly wants out, leaving his next destination the biggest remaining question. Tony Parker made a splash when it was announced he was leaving the Spurs to head to the Hornets. Tensions reportedly emerged between Parker and Leonard.

There's a July 13 deadline for teams to withdraw qualifying offers to restricted free agents.

Here are the latest news and rumors from around the league.

5 p.m.

• The Spurs will decline to match Kyle Anderson's four-year, $37 million offer sheet with Memphis (Adrian Wojnarowski, ESPN.com)

3 p.m.

• Free agent center Brook Lopez agrees to a deal with the Milwaukee Bucks at the bi-annual exception. (Chris Haynes, ESPN.com)

• The Chicago Bulls have matched Zach LaVine’s offer sheet from the Sacramento Kings. (Team announcement)

• Zaza Pachulia has agreed to a one-year, $2.4 million deal with the Detroit Pistons. (Shams Charania, Yahoo! Sports)

11 a.m.

• The Houston Rockets officially signed guard Chris Paul to a four-year, $160 million maximum contract. (Team announcement)

Saturday

Devin Booker signed a five-year, $158 million extension with the Suns. (Official)

• The Bulls will waive Julyan Stone and his $1.65 million salary. (Vincent Goodwill, NBC Sports Chicago)

• The Bulls traded Jerian Grant to the Magic, while Orlando sent Bismack Biyombo to the Hornets and Charlotte dealt Timofey Mozgov to the Magic and Julyan Stone to the Bulls in a three-team trade. (Official, first reported by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski)

• The Thunder signed guard Deonte Burton to a two-way contract. (Official)
