Boston Celtics guard Marcus Smart will miss approximately two weeks following right hand lacerations suffered from a non-basketball incident prior to Wednesday night’s game vs. the Los Angeles Clippers.

Smart took to Twitter to explain himself to his fans. He hit a picture frame which caused the injury.

On the season, Smart is averaging 10.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 4.7 assists while shooting 35.7 percent from the field and 29.9 percent from three.
