The Cavaliers have waived guard John Holland, per the team. The Cavs' roster is down to 16. It must be reduced to 15 by Monday evening. 

It is believed it's between Dahntay Jones and DeAndre Liggins for the Cavs' final spot.

The 76ers are nearing a trade for Timberwolves point guard Tyus Jones, per RealGM.

The Heat are not looking to trade point guard Goran Dragic at the moment, but that could change, per ESPN.

The website also reports: "JaVale McGee snagged the Warriors' 15th and final roster spot when Golden State waived Elliot Williams, Phil Pressey and Cameron Jones earlier than they had to, but there are still some interesting roster decisions looming before Monday's 5 p.m. deadline for teams to cut their rosters to a max of 15 players." Full article.

The Pelicans have waived point guard Quinn Cook, the reigning D-League rookie of the year with the Canton Charge, per the team. Forward Quincy Ford was also released, the team announced.

Spurs guard Danny Green will miss three weeks with a quad injury, per the team.

The Pistons have waived point guards Lorenzo Brown and Trey Freeman, per the Detroit Free-Press.

The Raptors have waived guards Drew Crawford and Brady Heslip, forwards E.J. Singler and Jarrod Uthoff, and center Yanick Moreira, per the team.

The Magic have waived guards Nick Johnson and Roman Galloway,per the team.

Rockets point guard Patrick Beverly will undergo arthroscopic knee surgery and miss three weeks, per Yahoo Sports.

The Rockets have signed free agent forward LeBryan Nash, per the Houston Chronicle.

The Mavericks are expected to make a strong push for Kings center DeMarcus Cousins in free agency in 2018, per ESPN.

The Pistons have signed and waived 7-foot-6 center Mamadou N'Diaye, per the team. N'Diaye went undrafted out of UC Irvine. He played for the Warriors' summer team in Las Vegas and attempted just two shots.

The Nuggets have waived forward Robbie Hummel and point guard Nate Wolters, per the team. They have also exercised the options on the contracts of Gary Harris, Emmanuel Mudiay and Jusuf Nurkic, the team announced.

The Hawks have waived point guard Josh Magette, per Basketball Insiders.

The Kings intend to re-sign Lamar Patterson, who they waived earlier in week, per Basketball Insiders.

The Wizards have waived small forward Jarell Eddie, power forward Johnny O'Bryant and point guard Casper Ware, per the team.

Forward Ben Bentil has been waived by the Celtics, per the team.

The Grizzlies have waived swingman JaKarr Sampson, guard Wayne Selden, swingman DJ Stephens and guard Jordan Adams, per the team.
