D-League assignments and call-ups

Each week Amico Hoops will review the latest moves in the NBA D-League. Here are the most recent assignments and call-ups:

1. The Celtics have assigned rookie guard Demetrius Jackson to the Maine Red Claws. He has played just three games for the C's this season, so it would probably be among the best bets that he remains in Maine for much of this season.

2. The 76ers have assigned rookie swingman Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot to the Delaware 87ers. Also, rookie forward Danuel House was recalled by the Wizards from Delaware, where he was sent via the league’s flexible assignment rule.

3. The Rockets have recalled rookies Chinanu Onuaku and Kyle Wiltjer from the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.

4. Second-year big man Rakeem Christmas has been recalled by the Pacers from the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.

5. The Jazz have assigned rookie forward Joel Bolomboy to the Salt Lake City Stars.

6. Rookie center Damian Jones has been assigned to Santa Cruz by the Warriors.
