Zaza Pachulia is expected to return as the Golden State Warriors starting center in time for the NBA Finals vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Pachulia is regarded as the Warriors' most physical player and has missed time with a heel injury.

But Pachulia told reporters he will be "fine" to play in the Finals given the Warriors' nine-day layoff.

Per the San Jose Mercury News:

For now, Pachulia is expected to play his typical 15-20ish minute per night role and he has been fully cleared, health-wise, to do so. “It’s good that we have one week off,” Pachulia said. “That way I can prepare myself mentally and physically for this team.”

The Finals start Thursday at Golden State, with the Warriors and Cavs meeting for the third straight season.

Pachulia is averaging 6.1 points and 4.3 rebounds in the playoffs.
