The Hawks are exploring the idea of trading point guard Jeff Teague, per Yahoo Sports.

Both Teague and backup Dennis Schroeder are part of the Hawks' recent conversations with other teams, but they have been more focused on Teague recently, Yahoo reports.

Per ESPN New York, the Knicks are one of the teams that have discussed a trade involving Teague with the Hawks.

Several NBA executives expect the Knicks to at least "get an audience" with Thunder small forward Kevin Durant in free agency, per ESPN New York. Durant is a free agent at the end of the season.

The Nets are aiming to hire a new GM before the Feb. 18 trade deadline, per Yahoo Sports. While former Cavs coach David Blatt may be under consideration for the head-coaching job, it is unlikely he is the frontrunner, per the New York Post.

Wizards point guard John Wall has officially hired agent Rich Paul and the Klutch Sports Group, per Yahoo Sports. Paul also represents LeBron James, Tristan Thompson, Eric Bleadsoe, Norris Cole and others.

Clippers coach Doc Rivers told reporters that expectations of power forward Blake Griffin returning to game action in four to six weeks were unrealistic, per Hoops Rumors. Griffin broke his hand punching a team employee over the weekend.

The Magic will sign point guard Keith Appling to another 10-day contract after his current one expires, per the Orlando Sentinel.

Ex-NBA forward Damion James has agreed to sign with Puerto Rican club Santurce, per Amico Hoops.

Former D-League guard Ryan Boatright (Connecticut) has signed with Italian club Orlandina, per the team.

Former NBA center Loren Woods has signed with Al Hala of Bahrain, per AsiaBasket. Woods, 38, also spent some time in the D-League.

Undrafted point guard Traevon Jackson (Wisconsin) has signed with the Iowa Energy of the D-League, per the team.
