Philadelphia 76ers rookie phenom Ben Simmons will miss tomorrow's game against the Orlando Magic due to swelling in his left elbow.
Simmons will be re-evaluated by team doctors on Sunday. The Sixers do not believe the injury is serious.
Simmons, the early frontrunner for Rookie of the Year, is averaging 18.5 points, 9.1 rebounds and 7.7 assists this season while shooting 51.3 percent from the field. He already has 11 double-doubles and two triple-doubles as well.
The Sixers enter today with a record of 10-7, good for sixth place in the Eastern Conference.
