The Milwaukee Bucks have exercised the rookie-scale options on Thon Maker and D.J. Wilson, according to the team.
Maker, 21, the 10th overall pick by the Bucks in the 2016 draft, is averaging 6.3 points and 4.7 rebounds in 13.7 minutes three games this season. He averaged 4.4 points and 2.6 boards in his first two seasons with Milwaukee.
Wilson, 22, the 17th overall selection by Milwaukee in the 2017 draft, played in 22 games for the Bucks last season as a rookie, averaging 1.0 point and 0.5 rebounds. He also played in 11 games for the Wisconsin Herd, the Bucks' G League affiliate, averaging 15.9 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists.
The undefeated Bucks (7-0) will put their perfect record n the line Thursday night at Boston.
