Free agent guard Dion Waiters (Thunder) has signed a one-year, $2.9-million contract with the Heat, per The Associated Press.

Per the South Florida Sun-Sentinel: "Had Waiters, 24, merely accepted the Thunder's $6.8 million qualifying offer as a restricted free agent, he would have been guaranteed that salary for the coming season. Instead, he declined to accept that contract for 2016-17, with Oklahoma City then withdrawing that qualifying offer by their July 18 deadline."

Shooting guard C.J. McCollum (Canton GlenOak HS) has agreed to maximum contract extension with the Trail Blazers, per Yahoo Sports. The deal is for four years and $106 million, the website reports.

The Blazers have also signed undrafted guard Tim Quarterman (LSU) to a partially guaranteed training camp contract, per GM Neil Olshey.

The Clippers have officially signed free agent point guard Raymond Felton (Mavericks), per the team.

The 76ers have signed summer league point guard Brandon Paul, per the team.
