For the first time in NBA history, the fans weren't the only ones to vote for the All-Star Game starters. For the first time in NBA history, two of those starters will be Cavaliers.
Not surprisingly, LeBron James and Kyrie Irving are the two men who will represent the Cavs' in the Eastern Conference starting lineup.
The All-Star Game will be held Feb. 19 in New Orleans.
Fans made up 50 percent of the vote, with every current NBA player and a panel of basketball media each accounting for 25 percent.
James led all vote-getters by fans in both conferences. Irving was tops overall among East guards.
The All-Star reserves will be selected by NBA coaches and announced next week. Cavs power forward Kevin Love is believed to be a strong candidate for such a role.
