Michigan State sophomore forward Miles Bridges has declared for the NBA draft and plans to sign with agent Rich Paul of Klutch Sports.
Paul's clients include Cavaliers star LeBron James, as well J.R. Smith and Tristan Thompson, and former No. 1 overall draft pick Ben Simmons of the Philadelphia 76ers.
Bridges is expected to be drafted within the 10-14 range, perhaps sooner depending on how he fares in pre-draft workouts (should he opt to take part).
He is 6-foot-7 and averaged 17.1 points and 7.0 rebounds this past season, shooting 46 percent from the field and 36 percent on 3-pointers. He is a finalist for the Julius Erving Award, giving annually to the nation's best small forward.
Bridges made the announcement on Twitter.
