New Orleans Pelicans star big man Anthony Davis, who bumped knees with Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard on Tuesday, is officially listed as questionable for Thursday night's game against the Sacramento Kings with left knee quad tendinitis.
Davis underwent an MRI in Portland and the results came back as negative, head coach Alvin Gentry told reporters.
In his first three games this season, Davis has been a monster, averaging 31.7 points and 17.3 rebounds while shooting 53.2 percent from the field and 45.5 percent from three.
Davis, a six-year veteran, has never played 82 games in a season and dealt with multiple lower body ailments.
