The Toronto Raptors have extended qualifying offers to Fred VanVleet, Malcom Miller and Nando De Colo, making them all restricted free agents July 1.
VanVleet was a finalist for the Sixth Man of the Year this season.
The 24-year-old averaged 8.6 points and 3.2 assists per game for Toronto, shooting 41.4 percent from the 3-point line.
VanVleet's qualifying offer is just shy of $1.7 million.
Miller was on a two-way deal with Toronto last season. His qualifying offer is a one-year, two-day contract that carries a $50,000 guarantee.
De Cool has not played for the Raptors since the 2013-14 season, but has remained a restricted free agent while playing for CSKA Moscow.
The 31-year-old has remained property of the Raptors since then as the team has been offering qualifying offers.
He earned first-team All-EuroLeauge honors in each of the last three seasons.
Toronto's only free-agent-to-be yet to receive a qualifying offer is Lucas Norueira.
