Timberwolves add Reynolds on 10-day contract

The Minnesota Timberwolves have signed Cam Reynolds to a 10-day contract, the team announced in a news release.

Reynolds, 24, had been playing for the Stockton Kings of the G League, where he compiled averages of 16.3 points and 4.8 rebounds.

He went undrafted out of Tulane last summer.

Along with the G League, Reynolds spent time with the USA World Cup Qualifying Team. In a Feb. 22 win over Panama, he scored 26 points on 10-of-17 shooting, including 6-of-11 on 3-pointers.

The Timberwolves are hoping Reynolds will offer some depth while Robert Covington recovers from a knee injury.
