Golden State Warriors guard Steph Curry will return for Saturday's game at the Detroit Pistons on Saturday, Curry and the team revealed.
Curry will not play in Thursday's matchup at the Toronto Raptors, a game that Warriors teammate Klay Thompson suggested could be a preview of the Finals.
Either way, Curry was having an MVP-type of season prior to the injury, compiling averages of 29.5 points, 6.0 assists and 5.1 rebounds in 12 games.
He is also shooting a sizzling 49 percent on 3-pointers.
He has been a full-go at practice, leading some to believe he could return for the Raptors game. But as coach Steve Kerr suggested, the Warriors (15-7) are playing it safe, seeing how there are still 60 regular-season games to go.
