Cavs’ Wade to miss game for personal matter

The Cleveland Cavaliers are a player short for tonight's game against the visiting Indiana Pacers at Quicken Loans Arena.

DwyaneWade was excused from team shootaround Friday to attend to a personal matter.

The veteran guard has embraced and sometimes thrived as sixth man for the Cavs all season.

Wade is also 10 points from passing Boston's LarryBird (21,791 points) one the NBA's all-time scoring list for 32nd place.

The Cavaliers (27-19) have dropped all three games against the Pacers (26-22) this season.

Cleveland has fallen in its last two games and 11 of its last 15.
