Caris LeVert Final Injury Status For Cavs-Pacers

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Caris LeVert has been ruled OUT against the Indiana Pacers.

The Cleveland Cavaliers will be without one of their top scorers off the bench when they take on the Indiana Pacers.

Caris LeVert has been ruled OUT for Cleveland's game on Saturday evening as he is still working through right hamstring soreness.

This isn't the first game that he's missed either. LeVert was inactive against the Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday night as he dealt with the same injury.

Caris has had an up-and-down season with the Cavs and has struggled to find consistency when he's on the floor. At his best, LeVert has been the team's starting shooting guard and averaging 20 points a night. At his worst, he's come off the bench and limited Cleveland's potential on offense.

Why he hasn't been able to find a good fit is anyone's guess.

LeVert is averaging 30.9 minutes a night meaning that the rest of the Cavs' bench will need to step up in his absence. Look for Cedi Oman, Lamar Stevens, and Dean Wade to each get more playing to attempt to fill the void LeVert's injury has left.

The Cavs and Pacers will tip off at 5:00 PM EST.
