If, as expected, LeBronJames declines his $34 million player option with the Cleveland Cavaliers and becomes an unrestricted free agent for the third time in his career, one NBA insider could see him heading West.

Stein posted that tweet after the Los Angeles Clippers sent five-time All-Star forward BlakeGriffin, center WillieReed and forward BriceJohnson to the Detroit Pistons on Monday in exchange for guard AveryBradley, forward TobiasHarris and center BobanMarjanovic.

James, now in his 15th season, has played eight years as a Cavalier (in two tours of duty) and four as a member of the Miami Heat.
