With the Los Angeles Lakers eliminating the Memphis Grizzlies in round one, there was a lot of discussion about Dillon Brooks and his comments about LeBron James. During the latest episode of Podcast P, which is presented by Wave Sports and Entertainment, LA Clippers star Paul George was joined by Grizzlies star Jaren Jackson Jr., and the two discussed the Brooks vs. James dynamic.

While Jackson stood behind Brooks, and said there's no respect until after a series is over, George believes it was bulletin board material that the Grizzlies forward gave James and the Lakers.

"And that's fine, but this is the NBA. That's bulletin board material right there," George said. "Like coaches tell you that sh-t all the time. Don't say this, don't say that. If that's how you feel, cool keep that sh-t to yourself. You know what I mean? Like we gotta play this motherf--ker, keep that sh-t to yourself. You feel me? Like, it's a team sport and like for Dillon, it's not like Dillon is shooting 20, 30 shots a night. It's not like he's a 30-point producer. You don't get that same opportunities Bron gets, you know what I mean? Like why would you even try to challenge him on that level?"

George was brutally honest in his assessment of that situation, and he makes a really strong point. While during a series might not be the time to give flowers to an opponent, George believes it's also not the time to give them bulletin board material either.
