Summary

The Golden State Warriors have had problems with road games all season, and that trend continued tonight against the Atlanta Hawks. Atlanta defeated Golden State 127-119 to hand the Warriors their tenth consecutive road loss.

After Golden State jumped out to a double-digit lead early in the game, John Collins spurred a comeback for Atlanta. The team captain scored 17 of his 21 points in the first quarter.

Trae Young led Atlanta with 25 points and 12 assists, but it was truly a team effort. AJ Griffin, Onyeka Okongwu, and Bogdan Bogdanovic scored double-digits off the bench.

Stephen Curry led the short-handed Warriors with 31 points and six rebounds. However, Golden State had the ball and was within one possession late in the game when Young stripped the reigning NBA Finals MVP of the ball to help secure the win.

Atlanta improves to 35-35, while Golden State falls to 36-35 on the season. The Hawks next game is against the Spurs on Sunday afternoon in Dejounte Murray's return to San Antonio. Stay locked into AllHawks.com for news, highlights, and analysis.
