Former Miami Heat Guard Mario Chalmers Weighs Back In On The LeBron James G.O.A.T Conversation
It seems Mario Chalmers has some more opinions about his former Miami Heat teammate LeBron James. This time is a bit more confusing though, with Chalmers saying James is the greatest player in history…but not his G.O.A.T.
“I feel like Bron is the greatest player to ever play this game but he’s just not my G.O.A.T,” Chalmers said in a Betway interview. “That’s a personal subject. It’s not that I don’t like him, I love LeBron to death. But it’s just, I want for my G.O.A.T to live and die on their shot. With Jordan or Kobe, you know they’re taking that last shot every time. Bron’s gonna make the right basketball play and nothing is wrong with that, there’s nothing bad about that. It's just my personal opinion. It’s just not what I want my G.O.A.T to do. I want my G.O.A.T to shoot it.”
Chalmers and James were together during the Heat’s championship days, which makes these words even more perplexing.
But, it’s not surprising, considering this GOAT conversation is going to take a million twists and turns before it officially ends.
