On Sunday against the Chicago Bulls, your Lakers Angeles Lakers were outscored by 14 points in their minutes without LeBron James, who came off the bench for only the second time in his NBA career while working his way back from a right foot tendon tear that led to a 13-game absence.

Fittingly, head coach Darvin Ham has decided to make an amendment to his first five, returning LA's All-Star small forward back to his rightful place among the team's starters, per Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet.

Trudell reveals that point guard D'Angelo Russell, back following a two-game absence due to a sore right hip, is returning tonight and will start as well. The team's starting five will be rounded out by Austin Reaves at shooting guard and power forward Jarred Vanderbilt and center Anthony Davis in the frontcourt.

The Bulls have plenty of Los Angeles ties in their own starting five. Chicago will start two ex-Lakers, Patrick Beverley and Alex Caruso, alongside three former LA college stars in UCLA alum Zach LaVine and former USC teammates DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic.
