The Heat beamed highlights from their dramatic 2013 Finals triumph over the Spurs onto the American Airlines Arena court during an opening night championship ring ceremony on Tuesday.

Minutes before the Heat faced off against the Bulls to open the 2013-14 season, the two-time defending champions were honored with a presentation of their championship rings by commissioner David Stern. After the Heat's executives and coaches received their rings, the presentation halted for a three-dimensional video display that included highlights from Miami's comeback in Game 6 and their close-out victory in Game 7. The highlight clips included three-pointers by LeBron James and Ray Allen.

Following the video presentation, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and company received their rings from Stern and shook hands with owner Micky Arison. Miami then raised its 2013 championship banner to the arena's rafters.

The 2013 title represented the third in the Heat franchise's history and the second of the "Big 3" era. Miami is seeking to become just the second team to three-peat during the post-Michael Jordan era.
