Earlier this month, Suns guard Gerald Green set a career high in dropping 41 points on the unsuspecting Thunder -- 25 of which came in the third quarter. In that frame alone, Green made six straight attempts from beyond the arc, a hot-handed performance by any definition.

The Suns took that thought to its natural conclusion in giving Green's performance the full NBA Jam treatment, complete with goofy sound effects and overdue "HE'S ON FIRE!" declaration. Of all the NBA's players, Green's game lends itself especially well the the medium; he looks right at home shooting threes and slamming in dunks exclusively, a stylistic trademark Green shares with typical Jam gameplay.

Well done, Suns -- especially on the finale. One quibble, if I may: On what planet does Green warrant a rating of 6 out of 10 as a passer?
