LeBron James stripped Joe Johnson on the final play of Game 5 to help the Miami Heat pull out a 96-94 victory and eliminate the Brooklyn Nets 4-1 from their Eastern Conference semifinal clash.

Miami's Ray Allen assisted LeBron on the final stop, surrounding Johnson at the top of the key and keeping the Net from getting off a potential game-tying shot.

LeBron finished the game with 29 points, nine rebounds and five assists, while Johnson led the Nets with 34 points (15-of-23 shooting), seven rebounds and three assists.

The Heat advance to the Eastern Conference finals to face the winner of the Pacers-Wizards series.
