Four Teams Reportedly Interested in Jae Crowder

Jae Crowder's departure is inevitable. Here's four potential suitors for the power forward.

The Phoenix Suns and Jae Crowder are set to part ways after just two years together.

The relationship had turned sour at some point in the offseason with Crowder's social media statements of wanting fresh starts. The Suns also reportedly used him in trade offers throughout the summer, so the blame game may be shared on both sides of the table.

"He brought a number of intangibles to the team. I think all of our guys would speak that way about him. At the same time, these things happen. You have to transition and move forward," said head coach Monty Williams.

Moving forward is exactly what Phoenix plans to do, and there's a handful of interested teams:

The Athletic's Shams Charnia appeared on "The Rally" and offered his insight:

"They've discussed deals with many teams this past summer, most recently Utah. They were trying to go get Bojan Bogdanovic before he ended up being a Detroit Piston," said Charania.

"When you think about what teams are interested in Jae Crowder, I would look at the teams he's played for. Look for teams like Boston, Memphis, Dallas, Miami, especially a team that could be interested in a guy like Jae Crowder. He's a 3/4 that can play defense, can make shots, brings a great level of energy and culture to your organization as well."

Miami has reportedly expressed interest in Crowder, while other teams mentioned could certainly look to bring him back.

Crowder averaged 9.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists per night in 67 games last season.
