The Oklahoma City Thunder have been better than expected this season, hovering just one game below .500 to this point. They've been on a tough road trip over the past week, but have looked spectacular.
To cap off the week away from home, the Thunder will be in Memphis to face the Grizzlies.
This will be a matchup between two of the rising young guards in the league, as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Ja Morant go head-to-head.
The Thunder enter the day as 6.5-point underdogs to the Grizzlies, and the total over/under is 233.5 points.
KEYS TO THE GAME:
It's always a fun game when Thunder fans get to watch Steven Adams, even if he's in an opposing uniform. With that in mind, he's one of the best offensive rebounders in the game and could give Oklahoma City trouble on the glass. The Thunder frontcourt will be giving up height, weight and strength to the former OKC center.
As it relates to Gilgeous-Alexander and Morant, guard matchups don't get much better. Both are capable of scoring 40 points to get their team over the hump. As both continue to put together All-NBA campaigns, this could be a big game for them.
Although the Grizzlies are without an injured Desmond Bane, they still have plenty of depth and talent.
