The Oklahoma City Thunder started at three-game homestand tonight welcoming the Portland Trailblazers to the Peake.   After a sloppy first quarter that saw the Thunder shoot just five of 18 from the floor for a less than stellar 17 points. OKC outscored Portland in the second 27-25.

Danilo Gallinari leads the Thunder with 10 points, while Dennis Schroder continues to be a spark plug off the bench adding eight (on three of nine shooting). The Trailblazers have been relying on C.J. McCollum for their offense, McCollum has 13 points, while Damian Lillard and Skal Lbissiere each have seven.

With Steven Adams out for tonight's contest due to a knee contusion suffered in Monday's loss to Houston, Nerlens Noel got his first start for the Thunder tonight. Noel already has seven points and eight rebounds. Portland center Hassan Whiteside collied with Chirs Paul and went to the locker room. Even with a healthy Whiteside the Thunder are making living in the paint with 16 points and they are cleaning up on the glass with 26 rebounds.
