Steph Curry Reacts to Warriors Finally Winning a Road Game

The Golden State Warriors snapped an 11-game road losing streak.

It sounds unbelievable to say out loud, but the Golden State Warriors were on an 11-game road losing streak. The key word there is "were". After Monday night's win against the Houston Rockets, the Warriors won their first road game since January 30 against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

As expected, most of the members of the Warriors roster were asked about their opinion about finally snapping the skid, including Steph Curry.

"It feels good," Curry said. "It's one of those feelings where it's like that's what you're supposed to do. To walk off the court with a couple more smiles on our faces and something to show for it, we still know we have to play better. Nobody is really celebrating anything, it's just a matter of learning lessons and wins hopefully, and getting ready for another big game Wednesday."

The Golden State Warriors have been the golden standard of basketball for the past decade. Steph Curry is absolutely correct in stating that no one is celebrating on the team about defeating the worst team in the western conference on the road. There's no scenario where the Warriors shouldn't be defeating the Houston Rockets, they're the defending champions and the Rockets are the worst team in the west.

If anything, hopefully, this gets the monkey off the Warriors' backs and they can finally start playing looser on the road to allow for more wins. Coming up next, a massive game against the Dallas Mavericks.
