Ravens place CB Webb on inactive list vs Bengals

BALTIMORE (AP) Cornerback Lardarius Webb has been placed on the inactive list for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Webb missed the entire preseason with a back injury, but the Ravens hoped he would be ready for the season opener.

Baltimore also places linebacker Arthur Brown on the inactive list, along with offensive linemen Jah Reid and John Urshel; wide receivers Michael Capanaro and Deonte Thompson; and running back Fitzgerald Toussaint.

Cincinnati's inactives include two injured receivers, James Wright and Marvin Jones. Wright has a concussion and Jones is nursing a sore foot.

The Bengals also places cornerback Darqueze Dennard on the inactive list, along with H-back Rex Burkhead; defensive end Will Clarke; linebacker Sean Porter; and offensive lineman T.J. Johnson.

Dennard has a hip injury and Porter has a strained hamstring.
