Prosecutor says one victim of fight at 49ers stadium is partially paralyzed

A prosecutor says one of the victims in the fight that broke out in a bathroom at Levi's Stadium before Sunday's game between the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs is partially paralyzed and in critical condition, according to a report from ABC7 News in the Bay Area. The report says the other victim was treated and released from the hospital.

Brothers Dario and Amador Rebollero, the alleged assailants, made their first court appearance Wednesday. The brothers were arrested minutes after the incident, which included several blows landed at close range and took place on the north side of the stadium.

On Monday, the 49ers released a statement about the incident: "We would like to send our deepest concern and well wishes to the victims of [Monday's] incident. We were appalled to see the video of the attack on the victims and salute the Santa Clara Police Department on their quick response that resulted in the apprehension of the two suspects. Maintaining the safety of all stadium guests is our highest priority and we are dedicated to providing a friendly and welcoming environment for all events held at Levi's Stadium."
