NFL odds: Carson Palmer injury impacting line in Cardinals vs. Lions
The Arizona Cardinals have the best record in the NFL heading into Week 11 of the season, but after opening as favorites for their Sunday home game against the Detroit Lions they've been losing support at the sportsbooks thanks to the grim injury news they got on Monday.

Drew Stanton will be the team's starter going forward.
Kickoff for the Lions vs. Cardinals betting matchup at University of Phoenix Stadium is set for 4:25pm ET, with Detroit entering the game at 7-2 SU and 5-4 ATS on the season.
