The Arizona Cardinals have the best record in the NFL heading into Week 11 of the season, but after opening as favorites for their Sunday home game against the Detroit Lions they've been losing support at the sportsbooks thanks to the grim injury news they got on Monday.

Drew Stanton will be the team's starter going forward.

Kickoff for the Lions vs. Cardinals betting matchup at University of Phoenix Stadium is set for 4:25pm ET, with Detroit entering the game at 7-2 SU and 5-4 ATS on the season. The New England Patriots open as two-point road underdogs against the Indianapolis Colts for Sunday Night Football, with the Tennessee Titans sitting as four-point home underdogs against the Pittsburgh Steelers on the opening Week 11 NFL betting lines for Monday night.

And in two of the most anticipated matchups of the week, the New Orleans Saints open as 5.5-point home favorites against the Cincinnati Bengals, and the Green Bay Packers opened as 4.5-point home favorites against the Philadelphia Eagles.
