Johnny Manziel is expected to start at quarterback for the Browns on Sunday against the Bengals, ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports

Brian Hoyer has started all 13 games for the Browns this season after beating Manziel in training camp to win the job. The Browns have lost three of their last four games, though, a stretch during which Hoyer has one touchdown and eight interceptions.

Manziel appeared in Cleveland's loss to the Bills in Week 13, completing five of eight pass attempts for 63 yards. He rushed for a touchdown on his first series under center but had a fumble deep in his own territory on his second series.

After the game, Browns coach Mike Pettine said he would reconsider his team's quarterback situation but later announced Hoyer would start in Week 14 against the Colts. Hoyer completed 14 of 31 passes for 140 yards with two interceptions.
