NFL Wild-Card odds: Bengals playoff woes could continue against Colts

The Cincinnati Bengals are 0-6 SU and against the spread (ATS) in their last six playoff games. The Bengals will be looking for their first playoff win in over 20 years this Sunday on the road against the Indianapolis Colts.

Indianapolis is a 3-point home favorite according to sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. The Colts are 10-2 straight up (SU) and 9-2-1 ATS in their last 12 games at home and 8-2 SU and ATS in their last 10 games against AFC North opponents. Cincinnati is just 2-8 SU and 4-6 ATS in its last 10 games against the Colts. The OddsShark Computer foresees a narrow victory in which the Colts win but fail to cover by a score of 27 to 26.

Baltimore visits Pittsburgh in the Saturday AFC Wild Card game. Both of these teams are 4-1 SU and 5-0 ATS over their last five playoff games. Trends point to Pittsburgh holding the edge at home with the Steelers going 7-0 SU and 6-1 ATS over their last seven divisional home games compared to the Ravens going 1-6 SU and ATS in their last seven divisional road games. Pittsburgh is a 3-point favorite at home, and the computer predicts that the Steelers will win and cover in a close 33.1 to 28.8 win over the Ravens.

The Carolina Panthers won the NFC South with a 4-0 SU and 2-2 ATS record over their last four games, and many bettors are picking them this Saturday at home against Arizona. The Panthers are a 6.5-point home favorite on the NFL betting lines for the weekend. Arizona is 4-2 SU and 5-1 ATS over its last six playoff games, and the computer is calling the outright upset in this one with the Cardinals edging out an 18.1 to 17.2 road victory.

Detroit visits Dallas on Sunday afternoon at AT&T Stadium. The Lions are 0-7 SU and 0-6-1 ATS in their last seven playoff games and the Cowboys haven't been much better at 1-7 SU and 2-6 ATS over their last eight playoff games. Dallas is a 6.5-point favorite and is projected to beat the Lions 30.9 to 23.8 by the OddsShark Computer.
