Buffalo Bills linebacker Kiko Alonso said he "definitely" feels that he'll be at 100 percent by the start of training camp.

Alonso, 24, missed the 2014 season after tearing his ACL during a workout in July. He recorded 87 tackles and two sacks over 16 starts in 2013.

“I anticipate being 100 percent before camp,” Alonso said, according to the team’s website. “By camp, I definitely feel I’ll be at 100 percent. I feel very good with where I’m at. By camp I’ll be full go.”

With Alonso sidelined last season, Buffalo ranked fourth in total defense and fourth in scoring defense as the team went 9-7 and finished second in the AFC East.
