NFL Odds: Redskins, Buccaneers, Titans are the best bets of Week 10
Week 10 of the NFL season is on the horizon, and with it comes three matchups where public perception is much different than reality.
The Saints are still perceived as a decent football team, but the evidence shown through this season so far shows that they shouldn't be. We’ve already seen New Orleans struggle against poor teams this year, losing outright at home to the Bucs and Titans, and needing overtime to take down Brandon Weeden and the Cowboys.
Now they head out on the road, where they’re just 1-3 on the season, and have struggled mightily over the years.
We won’t sit here and try to convince you that the Redskins are a great team—they’re not—but we’re inclined to believe that they should be laying points here, and grabbing them at a pick’em at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com looks lucrative.

In another less than intriguing matchup, the abysmal Cowboys head out on the road to Tampa to battle the Bucs. Dallas has yet to win without Tony Romo out of the lineup, and all of these demoralizing defeats have to be taking their toll on the team.
To make matters worse for the Cowboys, they’ll be without their stud linebacker Sean Lee, and that just doesn’t bode well for a defense that is very thin at linebacker.
The Cowboys are 0-6 straight up and 1-5 against the spread in their last six games and we don’t see that trend reversing until Romo is back in the lineup. Meanwhile, the Bucs are known for strong bounce-back efforts, going 7-1 against the spread in their last eight games after an against the spread loss. Grab Tampa in another pick’em contest.
Finally, it’s understandably difficult to bet against an undefeated team, but the Titans are simply offering us too much value at home to the Panthers.
Tennessee suffered four straight losses following their bye week, but rebounded with a victory in New Orleans last week. Make no mistake; this is a different Titans squad with Marcus Mariota under center, and while Tennessee won’t move the ball at ease against a disciplined Panthers defense, they are light years better offensively than they were under Zach Mettenberger.
The Titans are 5-2 against the spread in their last seven games as home underdogs in November, so we’ll look to grab the 5.5 points with Tennessee.
