The New England Patriots have traded center Bryan Stork to the Washington Redskins, the teams announced Wednesday.

In return, New England will receive an undisclosed draft pick.

Stork, 25, started six of the eight games he played in last season as he dealt with several injuries, including a neck injury and a concussion.

Stork was the starting center on the Patriots' Super Bowl XLIX–winning team during his rookie season, after he was drafted in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft.

David Andrews, who signed last season as a rookie free agent, is the only other center listed on the Patriots depth chart. Andrews started the first 10 games of the 2015 season, playing every offensive snap in that span.
