The Cleveland Browns are expected to select a quarterback in the 2014 NFL Draft after missing out on Matt Schaub, and it appears that one of their current stars expects general manager Ray Farmer to bring in that young signal-caller with the first of the team's two first-round picks.

There’s no telling,” Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon said, via ESPN. “I talked with Ray, I talked with [owner Jimmy Haslam]. The choice is really up in the air right now. I’m pretty sure it’s a quarterback and I just really can’t say which one. I’m not real sure.

“There’s plenty of guys on the list right now. Blake Bortles is definitely one of those guys that just may do it for us. Teddy Bridgewater is a great talent. But there’s no telling.”

It is interesting that Gordon specifically mentioned Bridgewater and Bortles as options for the team, but that may be his way of misdirecting the media and other teams from what the Browns will actually do. For all we know, the team's preference could be Derek Carr or Johnny Manziel.
