NFL News: Davante Adams Expected to Attend Packers Mandatory Minicamp With Aaron Rodgers' Status in Doubt
Reigning MVP Aaron Rodgers isn't expected to attend mandatory minicamp this week according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
The Packers star is unhappy in Green Bay. Meanwhile, wide receiver Davante Adams is expected to be in attendance. He didn't show for Packers OTAs, but should be there this week.
Rodgers clearly wants a change of scenery. Will he get his wish this offseason? That's a question many have asked, but no one can answer.
It is worth noting that his top receiver will be at minicamp, presumably working with former first-round pick Jordan Love, who could ultimately take over for Rodgers at quarterback.
