CINCINNATI — Vikings assistant Rick Dennison is no longer employed by the team after he refused to get a COVID-19 vaccine according to ESPN's Courtney Cronin.
The 63-year-old has served as Minnesota's offensive line coach and run game coordinator for the past two seasons.
The vaccine is a requirement for all Tier 1 employees, including coaches, scouts, front office executives and equipment staff.
Those that don't have Tier 1 status are unable to be on the field, in meeting rooms or have direct contact with players.
Phil Rauscher will replace Dennison according to the report. For more, go here.
