After a fantastic rookie season, second-year linebacker Tremaine Edmunds is starting to become more of a vocal leader on the Bills' defense. At just the age of 21, he's already winning over the coaching staff and the rest of the players on defense. In his Tuesday press conference, head coach Sean McDermott praised Edmunds for his growth as a leader.

"There are rookies this year that are older than Tremaine Edmunds. I’ve watched him grow in a leadership role this offseason and excited for his future."

Edmunds is only going to continue to get better as a player for the Bills. However, they need him to continue to become the "coach on the field" in order to take the next step as a team. Luckily for Buffalo, it appears that he is well on his way of accomplishing that.
