Bills trade WR Zay Jones to Raiders

Buffalo to receive a 5th round pick for struggling receiver

It seems Duke Williams' impressive performance in his NFL debut was enough for the Bills to make room for him on the roster.

According to reports by ESPN and the Associated Press on Monday night, the Bills traded Zay Jones the Oakland Raiders for a 5th round pick in 2021. Williams was called up to the active roster this past weekend and Jones was not targeted a single time against Tennessee

It has been an unproductive start to the year for Jones - who was drafted by the Bills in the second round just two seasons ago.

So far this year, Jones has struggled - with seven receptions on 18 targets and 69 yards. 

Jones best season with the Bills came last year when he caught seven touchdowns.
