I've been saying all year that Cleveland erred by making Kitchens head coach. They had the formula. Keeping Gregg Williams as HC would have allowed Kitchens to continue to focus 100% of Mayfield and the offense and build that cohesion. And build off that great finish last season. Williams isn't a great head coach, that we know from his previous opportunities. But he's a solid game-manager and players fear him. There is no 'heavy' in Cleveland right now so it's kind of an 'inmates running the asylum' situation and Kitchens is in over his head. This season will be a nightmare for Cleveland.
