The Denver Broncos can't seem to keep the injury bug at bay. Veteran wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders started the Broncos' Week 6 bout with the Tennessee Titans but suffered an injury in the first half.

We learned after halftime that Sanders had suffered a knee injury and has officially been ruled out. He finished the day with one reception on three targets for zero yards.

Sanders' injury means DaeSean Hamilton moves up the depth chart to wide receiver No. 2. It also bumps Fred Brown, as rookie sixth-rounder Juwann Winfree was a healthy scratch for this game.

Sanders has struggled over the last couple of weeks, and maybe it has something to do with that knee. He was listed on the injury report all week as limited during Wednesday's practice, a full participant on Thursday — but he must have suffered a setback because on Friday, he was limited again.

However, Sanders wasn't even listed as questionable for Week 6 but he clearly aggravated the knee in question during live-game action on Sunday.

The 32-year-old Sanders is in the final year of his contract with the Broncos. He has 25 receptions for 307 yards and two touchdowns on the season.
