If you’re playing fantasy football, you know you’re just a few weeks from the playoffs. The waiver wire is starting to become scarce of any production and every matchup is vital.

If you can’t afford to lose a game, you’re probably studying your fantasy matchups like it’s a college exam, looking for any advantage. Well, here we will have you covered who to start when the Buffalo Bills take on the Cleveland Browns.

Cleveland is in must win territory as they need a substantial win streak to save their season. The offense has been a total wreck and it has had a fantasy impact. Starting Odell Beckham Jr. just isn’t as common as it should be, as he isn’t seeing the big production he should be week in and week out, not many big games.

Other names could rise for the Browns in fantasy football as Kareem Hunt makes his Browns debut Sunday. David Njoku had his cast taken off his wrist and should be just a couple of weeks away at the most. However, let’s take a look at some players who you should definitely start this week.

Nick Chubb - Nick Chubb shows week in and week out why he should have been a first round pick in all leagues and why he will be next season. The second year back has broke out even more than last year and is among the best of the best when it comes to rushing yards, where he has 803 yards already from scrimmage on the ground.

There aren’t many running backs above Nick Chubb when it comes to consistency. Chubb had another solid performance last week with over 13 fantasy points, despite having just 65 rushing yards. He was able to make himself a problem in the receiving game, where he had four catches for 25 yards. Which, is an easy 6.5 points by itself right there. Chubb is dependable and can be counted on this season.

Nick Chubb is heading into Buffalo projected to go for a big 17.6 points, which is a very solid game in terms of fantasy for anyone. The last two games the Bills defense has been throttled on the ground. Those games coming against the Redskins and Eagles, who neither have a running back the likes of Nick Chubb.

Chubb will likely give up a touch or two to Kareem Hunt that is returning from suspension, don’t think that will stop him from producing though. The former second round pick is still going to get his; a week in and week out easy choice to start at RB1.

Devin Singletary - The Buffalo Bills have had a couple of backs running the ball this season, including future hall of fame Frank Gore. Gore doesn’t have legs under him as he used to, but still runs hard and gives his team a chance.

The last couple weeks have shown that Singletary is the guy in Buffalo and they have called his number often. After fighting back from a hamstring injury, the rookie is coming into form for his team.

Tallying 23 fantasy points last week, off of 20 carries for 95 yards and a touchdown. Singletary is a player you should consider picking up if he is available in your league. The rookie back is a problem in the passing game too, where he can make things happen after the catch. Catching three passes for 45 yards in his last game, a big way he racks up the fantasy points and becomes a threat in your lineup.

Against Cleveland the Bills will look to wear them down by running the ball, on a cold winter day. Cleveland has allowed some big running back performances that translate well to fantasy football, just last week for example was Phillip Lindsay with an easy 15+ points.

John Brown - Quietly having a very solid season with a lot of consistency is exactly what John Brown is doing. On pace to have his first 1,000 yard season since 2015 when he was with the Arizona Cardinals, it’s safe to say he is at a good spot in his career.

The favorite target of second year quarterback Josh Allen, Brown gets consistent looks leading to multiple catches every game. In terms of fantasy, Brown has been under double-digits just once, putting up 9.5 points against Cincinnati in week three.

Projected to obtain 12.9 fantasy points, Brown is a safe start this week against the Cleveland Browns. The veteran receiver is facing a defense that hasn’t been great at tackling, giving him a chance to run after the catch. Having at least four catches in every game this season, Brown is a no-brainer to plug into your lineup.
