Per a report from Tom Withers of the Associated Press, Denzel Ward will once again be out this week against the Seattle Seahawks, meaning he will have the bye week to heal the hamstring injury that's been dogging him this year.

The Cleveland Browns will have to come up with an answer on how they plan to deal with Seahawks receiver Tyler Lockett, who is one of the best in the NFL. Lockett and Russell Wilson are the best quarterback to receiver combination going right now with over 10 yards per target and a ton of explosive plays.

Ward offered a good matchup in terms of his speed and agility in a matchup with Lockett, though it would've been a real question if he would've been able to shake off the rust quickly enough to play well in this game.

Nevertheless, the Browns need to come up with a workable solution without Ward it there if they are going to win a way to win this game, go into the bye week on a positive uptick. 2-4 wouldn't be a disaster, but it would mean two weeks of questions as opposed to two weeks of optimism. An effective pass rush and consistent pressure on Russell Wilson could go a long way in helping.
