In order to get better every year, the quarterback of a team has to evolve and get better. Especially after getting paid this offseason, Justin Herbert's biggest evolution has to be his voice in the huddle, and he has to be able to lead the team both on the field and off.
Eric Kendricks was a key pick-up this year for the Chargers defensively. He's a veteran name who has been consistently at the top of his game for a while, and the Chargers need that. His in-game improvements will be a big help to the Bolts' defense this season and beyond if he decides to stay a Chargers.
