Miami Dolphins Locker Room Report: 11/6/19

Soundbites from Dolphins players during Week 10

After winning their first game of the season, the Miami Dolphins put the tanking talk on hold for at least a week. “We never were tanking," nose tackle Davon Godchaux said after the game. "Do you think I come to work each and every day to tank? I work too hard to tank. I work hard every day, so with the tanking, I don’t know what they’re talking about.” Oddly enough it may be the first time in history that the Dolphins beat the Jets and the fan base wasn't totally pleased with it because it puts the Cincinnati Bengals as the lone winless team and in front of the line in the "Tank for Tua" sweepstakes. On Wednesday, quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick talks life lessons, tight end Mike Gesicki praises running back Kalen Ballage and newly acquired cornerback Marcus Sherels reveals how he got into punt returning and turned that into a nine-year career with the Minnesota Vikings.
