The newest version of the XFL held its inaugural draft earlier this week, with some prominent names making their way into the draft. Former college standouts, first-round NFL picks, and HUB football stars littered the draft board. With the draft now concluded, here's a look at some of the best HUB players making their way into the XFL.

KJ Sails is on the way to D.C

Sails is a feisty defender that isn't afraid to mix it up with anyone, as evident by his time at USF.

"Ultra-competitive cornerback who consistently can be found jawing at receivers after plays. Sails' love for the game stands out on tape and is even furthered when diving into his playing style."

Sails will look to build off his impression at the HUB Camp for the Defenders of D.C, parlaying his performance into another chance at the NFL.

Ben Putman is headed to Houston

A solid player at the University of Nevada, Putman is your prototypical slot receiver who wins in the short areas of the field.

"A compact, quick slot receiver, Putman runs excellent routes and understands how to create separation. He consistently left defenders in the dust due to crisp route running/footwork in and out of his breaks."

If Putman can continue to win his 1v1s as he did at the HUB camps, expect him to be a name you hear a lot in the XFL.

Deondre Francois looks to stay hot in Florida

The former FSU signal caller is staying in the state he calls home, looking to continue his professional career in Orlando.

"He showed very good setup quickness with very good balance and base. You see his coaching in every rep, and he is very consistent in his mechanics."

It will be interesting to see how the dual-threat quarterback fairs in the XFL, as he hopes to build off his performances at the HUB camps.

Daishawn Dixon is a Battlehawk

A large people mover, Dixon was a force during his time at San Diego State and the HUB camps.

"Dixon has a good frame for an offensive tackle with his length but could also succeed at guard. Displaying strong and quick hands, he was terrific in one on one drills, repeatedly holding his own thanks to great technique."
