Twitter reacts to Atlanta Falcons dismal first half against Minnesota Vikings

The Atlanta Falcons took one on the chin during the first half in the opening game of the season against the Minnesota Vikings. Minnesota rushed for 120 yards in the first two quarters, but the total yards was actually pretty even -- 167 to 166 in favor of the Vikings.

But the Falcons allowed a blocked punt and threw an interception on their first two possessions. The Vikings took advantage of those short fields and scored touchdowns on both drives.

Atlanta finally got some things going on offense, but Devonta Freeman fumbled to end another drive and the Falcons also committed five penalties for 45 yards, which bogged down a couple Atlanta offensive series as well.

As one could imagine, Twitter was a firestorm during this horrible first half. Here are the best reactions from Twitter before halftime.
